I and Rohan decided to go for a movie the other day. It was an impromptu decision, actually. We both agreed as the time was favorable and the theater was nearby. Also, we wanted to see a simpler movie, I should say.

Anyhow, we booked the tickets quickly and made sure we were at theater in time. We reached in time. Unsurprisingly, there are only 3 people initially who came in to watch the movie; the counting finished at 10. Had it been only two of us, they would have rolled the show...LOL!

The movie started after too many advertisements (which to both of us was kind of very boring). It was a simple story that had been directed really nicely. The movie really held its grip throughout. Busy life of Mumbai has been very clearly and realistically showcased in the movie; actually the strata that has been taken into subject has been showcased exactly as it is. Irrfan Khan, Nimrat Kaur, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui - all did justice to their characters. Actually, I should not say this as all these actors are really polished and experienced (can't say much about Nimrat Kaur, but she acted nicely in the movie, thumbs up overall).

Well, there were a lot of things that I liked in the movie, but the most was its simplicity and relation to reality. It didn't have even a single scene, which I could say that "it can't be possible; bakwaas!".

All in all, it was a light, strong, reality-based, and nicely directed movie - for me at least. We both enjoyed the movie! We had our lunch at KFC that day!
