In this overcrowded Android dominated market, Nokia made a comeback with ‘Z Launcher’ app recently and now Canadian Smartphone maker, BlackBerry is all set to launch its new device ‘ BlackBerry Z3 ’ in India in the upcoming week. Looking at the price and specifications, Z3 will be the most affordable BlackBerry 10 device till date.

BlackBerry Z3 is a 5-inch full touch display with a 540×960 resolution and running the latest version of BlackBerry 10 OS with few Android apps installed on it. Z3 gives you 8GB of storage and a battery that is good for 15.5 hours of talk time. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, which is dual-core processor along with 1.5GB of RAM. It has dual camera with a 5MP on the rear side and a 1.1MP camera on front side. The BlackBerry Z3 is expected to be launched with a pricetag of 11,000- 12,000 India Rupees and compete with Moto G, Lumia 630 and the newest range of Windows Phone handsets by Micromax in the price segment.

BlackBerry Z3 has been designed especially to gain market share in emerging markets like Indonesia and India. In last quarter BlackBerry had been successful sold quite a number of units in Indonesia as reflected company’s last quarter results.

Price-tag and specifications of BlackBerry Z3 seems to be BlackBerry's smart comeback in India; however, let's see if can spin the wheel of fortune for the company or not?
