Mercedes-Benz, German automobile giant, announced the launch of its limited edition variants Mercedes-Benz- A Class and Mercedes-Benz- B Class. Both of these models are Edition 1 cars and the limited edition will be available in Diesel Engine only. As per the sources, only 100 units of each of A and B Class will be up for sale.
Mercedes-Benz- A Class
In 2013, Mercedes-Benz- A & B Class contributed 20% to the sales and 36% to the growth of Mercedes-Benz India. This is one of the reasons for choosing these models for limited edition and definitely the deal looks quite promising according to the demand. These Limited Edition models will be launched by the company South of India. Normal Mercedes-Benz- A Class, comes with a price tag of Rs 26.17 lakh and Mercedes-Benz- B Class for Rs 28.75 lakh ex-showroom Mumbai. Whereas, Limited Edition is priced at ₹28.4 lakh and B class is priced at ₹31 lakh ex-showroom. The price will vary according to the cities, upcoming budget announcement on July 10 (possibility of roll back of excise duty), and also with dollar fluctuation.

India, as a country looks quite promising for business expansion and that is why companies from all over the world are targeting India for earning money and reputation. Brands like Triumph, Honda, BlackBerry, Harley-Davidson, and Google are already executing their strategies and now Mercedes-Benz coming up with Limited Edition cars and recent tie-up with Carzonrent, a car rental service provider in India, shows how focused Mercedes-Benz team is on company’s growth. I hope their strategies multiply their numbers substantially. Good luck from my side!
