Digital addiction is what everyone is addicted to nowadays. It has become such an important part of life that none of us even thinks of getting rid of it. Whatsapp, Facebook, Google hangout and Hike are big time addictive social networking ways, which keeps the smartphone users busy for hours every day. By any chance, how sure are you about the security of your personal information on these networking platforms? If the servers of these social networking apps get hacked someday, then no company will take a blame completely for losing your infomation.
BitTorrent Bleep
Keeping the security on high priority, the developers of massively successful and controversial BitTorrent technology have unveiled "Bleep". Bleep is the newest way to communicate through text and voice. Unlike Facebook, Google Hangouts and WhatsApp, Bleep is based on decentralized communication platform, which is designed specifically to protect client metadata. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) server is main engine behind Bleep. Bleep does not store the client's chat log and contact information on any server. It uses secure encryption protocols such as curve25519 and poly1305 for encryption and one client can communicate with others using nodes in the network. Using this technology, people can communicate with each other without worrying about the security issues.
BitTorrent Bleep
At this point, bleep is not available for android or any other OS but only for Windows 7 and 8 desktop users. Its pre-alpha form can be used for registration after which we need to wait for the invite with a link to download Bleep in an email. Once you start using it, you can also send invite to your friends to join. Bleep can be used only when the user is online and during the installation BitTorrent is also warning that is some bugs exist in the system then after identification they will fixed with the update patches. If bleep turns out to be a highly secured and successful in near future then it may become a part of big organizations and corporate office.
