Right from the first day of launch in India, Motorola's Moto G  and Moto E have been the toughest competitor among the mid range smartphones. On the top of it, timely updates to Android KitKat 4.4.4 on both the handsets, helped Motorola to live upto the expectations of its customers. High quality product at a very competitive price has made Motorola the fourth largest smartphone vendor in the country. All this is happened because of the sales booster " Moto G".

Motorola has been doing so well that in such a short comeback time it has already left behind Nokia and became the toughest competitor for Samsung, Miicromax and Karbonn in India. Maintaining the high reputation, motorola has left no stone unturned with its new " Motorola G 4G". No phones at this price offeres 4GLTE support. Being the exclusive Motorola phone dealer in India, Flipkart has recently announced price cut down ₹2000 on the MOTO G (Older) and this looks like a strategy to promote MOTO G 4G LTE.

The features of the new MOTO G 4G LTE are almost similar to the older MOTO G phone. It comes with water resistant, solid and appealing plastic body which sports a 4.5 inch IPS (In-plane switching), 329 ppi LCD display and gives a 720 x 1280 resolution. Powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Cortex-A7, 1.2 GHz processor is coupled with 1 GB RAM. The all new Motorola Moto G 4GLTE comes in two variants-  8GB and 16 GB of internal storage capacity, and the biggest change which could effect the sales is the microSD card slot ( supports 32GB) . A 5MP camera on the rear side with LED Flash and a 1.3 MP secondary camera in the front, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth v4.0 and also the WiFi hotspot are few similar features which existed in the previous model as well.

Though MOTO G 4G LTE is not available in India as of now; however, it is expected to be launched in India in the month of September costing between ₹13,500-₹15,000. Though not a competitor but even Samsung launched its Galaxy Tab S LTE 8.4 and 10.5. So, lets see if the existence of MOTO G 4G LTE in the market helps Motorola sales grow above Micromax and Samsung in India.
